Set-Up

The only thing that a person needs to have access to Noixa is to have a user added in the Customer Portal (CP). In order to make SIP Phone calls the user in the Customer Portal must have 2 things:

1. An SBC user extension

2. The "Use Noixa Phone" checkbox under their user in CP must be clicked

Afterwards the user only has access to what privileges are given to them, they can check the voicemails only if they are given the correct permissions

Sip Phone

There are 3 tabs at the top:

1. Keypad - You can dial out just like you would with our regular desk phones. Feature codes do work and you can check your specific voicemail by dialing *97

2. Contacts - Here are the lists of other users that can be used to quickly call others. They can add contacts via CP, otherwise it will list their Co-Workers that have users in CP.

3. Call Log - This is the call history tab, clicking on it will call the other person back. They are color coded on the far left with a thin bar, you can see the
