It connects to Axion systems over the internet and functions just like a traditional office phone.

Jonathan Usrey 28.1 32 As stated earlier we would need a valid email address to even create the user. Next we would need to tie this user to an extension in the Customer Portal. This allows the Softphone to bind with an extension in order to be on the network.

First you will need a user account created and in order to do that we will need an email address to send the verification/account set up email to. Jonathan Usrey 32.1 40 Are a way to put users (extensions) into simple groups so they’re easier to manage. Instead of setting options for each user one at a time, you can change settings for the group and everyone in that group gets the same access.
