Noixa (Axion spelled backwards) is the portable version of the Customer Portal that can be downloaded on IOS and Android. The only thing that a person needs to have access to Noixa is to have a user added in the Customer Portal (CP). Once downloaded and the app has started it will request access to microphone, contacts, photos, notifications. It is STRONGLY recommended to give the app access for best support.

If the app is already downloaded on iOS and the person declined the permissions: Open Settings > Click Apps > click NOIXA > Then select the proper permissions

Afterwards the user only has access to what privileges are given to them, they can check the voicemails only if they are given the correct permissions.

All of the below options are contingent on the permissions each individual user has.

== Sip Phone ==

In order to make SIP Phone calls the user in the Customer Portal must have 2 things:

~1. An SBC user extension

2. The "Use Noixa Phone" checkbox under their user in CP must be clicked

There are 3 tabs at the top:

~1. Keypad - You can dial out just like you would with our regular desk phones. Feature codes do work and you can check your specific voicemail by dialing *97

2. Contacts - Here are the lists of other users that can be used to quickly call others. They can add contacts via CP, otherwise it will list their Co-Workers that have users in CP.

3. Call Log - This is the call history tab, clicking on it will call the other person back. They are color coded on the far left with a thin bar, you can see the color key at the bottom, showing where each call came from.

== Chat ==

These are your personal chat messages, one on one with people. If you want to create a new chat click the bubble on the bottom right and select which contact you would like to chat with. These are listed as your co worker contacts, the other people who use the Customer Portal not necessarily Noixa.

== Channels ==

These are mass chats with more than one other person. To create a channel select the bubble on the bottom right. You can then type the name you want the channel to be. By clicking the "+" symbol next to "Participants" you can select who you want in the chat. Once completed, select done.

To see the details of a channel, open the channel and select the top name of the channel. From there you can see who created it, when it was created, who is the owner, and the other participants.

== SMS ==

To use SMS, a client first must have a phone number that's properly been through it's 10DLC and configured specifically to be an SMS number. Once Coordinators are finished, it's just a matter of assigning the SMS number to the user within the Customer Portal, ensuring the "default" check box is clicked as on.

From here, a client is able to see the SMS history the number has received since being ported through Bandwith. The Caller IDs for each SMS thread can be configured/changed by saving it as a contact within either Noixa itself, or importing contacts from your phone.

You can start a new message by hitting the bubble in the bottom right, and entering the phone number you wish to message. You can also choose from your contacts from Noixa or your phone by using the buttons in the top right. From here, SMS works just the same as your typical texting client, with attachments and photos easily transferred.

IMPORTANT: An SMS number MUST be configured correctly during its 10dlc. If for any reason it hasn't been assigned the proper campaign, it will NOT send SMS and give errors. Additionally, SMS history is specific to the number, not the user. If a user swaps messaging numbers, they won't be able to see the history unless they swap back.

== Voicemail ==

Depending on the amount of access a user has there is a box on the top left that show the the extension the voicemails are associated with. If a user has access to multiple extension's voicemails then by clicking the box they can change which ones the see. You can click on the 3 dots for more options:

~1. Play

2. Download

3. Share

4. Delete

== Recordings ==

This is available if calls are selected to be recorded. On the opening of this tab it lists the date, time, where it is from and who it is going to. By clicking the 3 dots on each individual recording, you are given 3 options:

~1. Share - you can email a link that can be chosen when to expire that links the specific recording.

2. Delete - deletes the recording

3. AI analytics - (NOTE: BUG PREVENTS SEEING) (CANT EVEN SEE ON ANDROID; OPTION NOT THERE)

If you need to filter the recordings press the bubble on the top right, from there it will list everything you can sort the recordings by.

== Reports ==

There are 2 main tabs:

**CDRs - **

**~ **Calls - These are the direct call logs, you can filter by pressing the bubble on the top right, if call logs contain more than 2000 records, you must download the complete report, once downloaded an email will be sent to the user using the email they use to log in.

SMS - Similar to call log but using SMS messages instead.

(Android - Doesnt look like Im able to tap on CDRs for calls or SMS to get further options? It lights up like I'm supposed to, but then it does nothing)

== Billing ==

The Billing screen allows clients to view their invoices~-~- paid or pending~-~- through the app. A client is able to see the incoming invoices at the bottom of the screen, which includes details such as the date, the balance forward, any new charges/credit, and the account balance .

To make a payment, a client is able to first hit the dollar sign button in the top right to "Add a Payment Method." Once configured, a client is then able to select the "Make a Payment" option from the same dollar sign button. In this menu, the client is able to choose which payment method they would like to use, and what invoice they would like to pay. The client is able to selectively choose which balance they would like to pay for, or to pay for the whole due balance, if desired.

== VFax ==

VFax (Virtual Faxing), can still be sent through Noixa. In order to use this a user must have a valid Fax number and proper permissions.

You have 3 main tabs at the top:

Inbox - These are the received VFax messages, by clicking the 3 dots you can: download, see more info, or delete

Outbox - This is where your sent faxes are held before the other part receives them

Sent - These are the Faxes that have completed their process, whether or not they have sent or are marked as failed

== Settings ==

By clicking on the Hamburger icon on the top right of the screen there are more options listed:

Home - Takes you to the original page you opened the app on

File Transfer - Acts as a dropbox for files, you can add a file by selecting the blue circle on the bottom right, once added you can access the files from any device that can use NOIXA or CP. You have 3 dot option screen as well:

File info - Shows upload time, expiration time, times downloaded, file size, download limit and password

Copy link -  Copies link to file to clipboard

Email file link - Allows a person to email the file link

Password protect - Creates a random password that is required to download the file, to have access to this password open the file info page.

Settings - You can modify what you want to see, by choosing what tabs are shown at the bottom of the screen, if they don't have access they will always be off.

Contacts - Same as SMS contacts listed above. This menu lists all of your contacts made/imported into Noixa in small card format. It lists the name, the number, the business name, and any other input information. By hitting the dots in the top right of each card, you can either edit contact information or delete a contact.

Contacts Group - Lets you group contacts together, however seems to be an unfinished section. When someone makes a Contacts group, the group does not show up under any sort of contact information for SMS or calls. When checked on CP, it looks like its only adding the contact group as a fax contact group, and even then did not import numbers. The Group itself was made, however no numbers were even inputted. Bugged?

About - Shows the version of Noixa the user is using (Great for troubleshooting)
