7.1 | 17 | Noixa (Axion spelled backwards) is the portable version of the Customer Portal that can be downloaded on IOS and Android. The only thing that a person needs to have access to Noixa is to have a user added in the Customer Portal (CP). In order to make SIP Phone calls the user in the Customer Portal must have 2 things: |

By clicking the "+" symbol next to "Participants" you can select who you want in the chat. Once completed, select done. |
