Fax Templates

The Fax Templates Page Designer can be used to create a custom fax that is able to be saved and applied to faxes as you send them in the "Send a New Fax" page.  This fax page will be transmitted to the receipt or recipients of your outgoing faxes along with another files you attach.

You can utilize the user friendly designer to format and edit the text and layout of your fax template.  Through the designer, you have standard editing functions such as adjusting font, sizing, alignment and layout, as well as extended functionality such as the ability to insert images, tables into your cover page.

Template Variables

You can include variables in your template which allow you to populate the page with info pulled from contacts, should you select one as a recipient

• {{CONTACT_NAME}} // contact name as defined in the contacts section
• {{CONTACT_COMPANY}} // contact company name as defined in the contacts section
• {{CONTACT_PHONE_NUMBER}} // contact phone number as defined in the contacts section
• {{FROM_FAX_NUMBER}} // source fax number from where fax is being sent
• {{TO}} // destination fax number
• {{COMPANY_NAME}} // account company name

Once you have created and saved a fax template, you can choose to use this for faxes sent through the portal. Select "+Template" on the Send A New Fax page Attach file to fax section.
