It connects to Axion systems over the internet and functions just like a traditional office phone.

Jonathan Usrey 33.1 34 A **User** represents a real person who uses the phone system. A user is usually linked to one or more **extensions** and is what allows someone to log in and manage their own phone features (//if you have privileges to do so//).

First you will need a user account created and in order to do that we will need an email address to send the verification/account set up email to. Jonathan Usrey 32.1 53 Are a way to put users (extensions) into simple groups so they’re easier to manage. Instead of setting options for each user one at a time, you can change settings for the group and everyone in that group gets the same access.
